Administration Manager

Job Description 

This ASX listed exploration company, with its head office in West Leederville, has active projects and offices across several locations in South America. With a highly experienced Board, and a small team of professionals in their Perth office, they are planning significant growth over the next 5 years as they continue to explore and develop these projects.

In this critical role, you will report to the Managing Director, as you oversee the smooth running of all marketing & communication for the company. You will also assist the VP of Operations – Americas. This is a broad role where you will oversee Investor Relations, Marketing, and all general administration for Directors and HR for the company.

Some key duties and responsibilities will include;

· Executive support for the CEO and Executive Director

· Scheduling meetings and maintaining executives calendars

· Liaising with Investor Relation consultants on all social media, media, events, marketing collateral and branding

· Assisting with ASX Announcements and Reports – proof reading, distribution for approval from Directors

· Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate

· Printing & scanning

· Formatting of documents

· Document control and creation of new procedures & processes

· Managing info inboxes

· Performing ad-hoc administration duties for staff

· Assist staff with any IT helpdesk queries

· Arranging corporate travel and accommodation arrangements

· Organise printing for office stationery and business cards

· Meet and greet visitors at all levels of seniority

· Collating and distributing the board packs

· Setting up meeting room for Board and other meetings as required

· Ordering catering and coffees

· Maintaining contact database

· Maintaining phone lists

· Assisting with HR items and onboarding of new staff

Receiving and sending of mail & couriers

Qualifications, Experience, Skills & Attributes

Role Qualifications

· 3 years + experience in an administration environment

· Experience in an ASX listed mining company is desired but not essential

· Proficiency with Office 365, MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, Sharepoint & Teams

· Experience with using WordPress, twitter, linkedIn, mailchimp

· Technology Savvy

· National Police Clearance

· Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, solve problems, manage and meet deadlines and maintain a high quality of work

· Effective communication skills, including the ability to communicate requests and instructions to individuals and groups

· Ability to work co-operatively and effectively within the team and the organisation

· Possess flexibility and adaptability to manage changing work requirements and varying volumes of work

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $80,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
