Junior Architect

Need to be well versed with softwares like AUTOCAD, BIM using REVIT, 3DS MAX, LUMION etc.

Responsibilities:

· To develop Conceptual design, rendering of Architectural presentation

· Generate BIM Model

· Generate Architectural details matching with the client’s requirement.

As an architect,

· you will be involved in the daily management of the works allocated. You should possess the ability to co-ordinate with designers from our end user / client on a day-to-day basis to achieve excellent design quality and documentation.

· You are required to coordinate among multiple disciplines and manage deliverables on schedule. Assist the Team in various level.

• Client & Stakeholders Coordination and ensure timely Correspondence.
• Main & Sub-Contractors Coordination
• Securing Construction Permit
• Review & Approval of Shop Drawings
• Review & Approval of Work Inspection Request
• Review & Approval of Sample Materials
• Review & Approval of Materials Inspection Request
• Shop Drawing Details
• Free Hand Sketching
• Architectural Design & Space Planning
• Manage and organize documents.

Qualities & skills required: Bachelor’s degree in architecture with a minimum of 5 years of experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: AED4,000.00 – AED5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
