Call Centre Officer

Due to significant growth, our nationally recognised clients require a committed call centre officer to support them on a 1-month project. You will be mainly responsible for high volume outbound calls to attendees of the events. You will also be responsible for ad-hoc admin computer tasks. This role suits someone who is confident over the phone, has excellent communication skills and have no issues following a script for the calls.

KEY DUTIES:
- Managing a high-volume of outbound calls to various stakeholders.
- Investigating and providing a solution to various queries regarding issues raised internally or externally.
- Fostering a positive relationship in all customer interactions.
- Ad-hoc admin work such as creating PowerPoints or inputting data into system.
REQUIREMENTS AND IDEAL PROFILE:
- Previous contact center or similar experience is desired.
- Attention to detail and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
