Responsibilities:

– Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in accordance with local and national electrical codes
– Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams to determine the layout of electrical systems
– Install electrical components such as switches, outlets, and circuit breakers
– Test electrical systems and equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety
– Troubleshoot electrical issues and make necessary repairs or replacements
– Collaborate with other construction professionals, such as carpenters, to coordinate electrical installations with other building activities
– Follow all safety procedures and protocols while working on job sites

Requirements:

– Proven experience as an electrician or in a similar role
– Proficient in blueprint reading and interpreting schematics
– Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations related to electrical systems
– Solid understanding of frame carpentry techniques
– Familiarity with high voltage systems is a plus
– Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
– Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: From $28.00 per hour
