F&B Manager

What will I be doing?

In this position, you will work closely with the Chef de Cuisine to ensure that our complex F&B; operation runs smoothly. Your tasks will include:

• Ensuring a high quality of service at all times with the standards in our individual restaurants & cafes, the hotel bar and in the event & catering are
• Development of projects related to all areas of the F&B; operation including seasonal promotions and marketing activities, special events and sales-enhancing measures
• Effective cost management of the F&B; operation, including management and control of the staffing plan in the individual F&B; departments
• Creation of food and beverage menus for the restaurants
• Operational support of the F&B; team with hands-on mentality

Completion of administrative activities such as processing guest correspondence, guest comments, ordering goods for beverages and non-food items, etc.

work experience

We expect you to have a pronounced service and quality awareness as well as a good business management know-how, since your tasks will also include working on the preparation of forecasts and the annual budget.

At the same time, you should work as an experienced leader, motivate your team to achieve top performance.

We require fluent written and spoken German and English as well as very good PC skills (MS Office).
