In a sumptuous Haussmannian building very close to the Champs-Elysées, the only avenue commensurate with it, this 5-star boutique hotel with 45 rooms was designed by Anouska Hempel, a famous British designer. Out of sight, Thomas Danigo, chef of the gourmet restaurant Galanga by Monsieur George, offers French cuisine. The spa by Le Tigre offers a bubble of oxygen in the capital to relax.
Human responsibilities and qualities
- Transmits instructions
- Constantly communicates with all hotel and headquarters departments
- Ensure customer loyalty
- Manage disputes in conjunction with other departments
- Inquires about customer satisfaction and escalates all customer comments to management
- Anticipates customer needs and requests
Cash register responsibilities
- Performs various cash operations (invoicing, collection, closing)
- Check the cash registers
- Ensures the correct application of the agreed prices (contracts and prices agreed by telephone)
- Answers the switchboard, transfers calls or takes messages
- Respects the procedures in force (reception, reservation, entry of customer cardex, invoicing, security, etc.)
- Carry out the reception and departure formalities for customers in accordance with the procedures in force
- Ensures the correct entry of customer information (nationality, source, etc.) in order to obtain reliable statistical data
- Is responsible for the correct delivery of room keys
- Ensures the safety of premises and customers (closing doors, rounds in the hotel, etc.)
- Participates in the correct allocation of rooms while respecting the specific requests of customers
- Provides any information requested by the customer during the stay
- Ensures the verification of reservations, arrivals & departures, collections
- May be required to advance the work of the coffee makers (preheating the oven, preparing coffee, etc.)
- Ensures early morning wake-ups and ordering night taxis
Required profile
Motivated and passionate about the world of hospitality, you are dynamic, autonomous, available and diligent. Endowed with an excellent presentation, you have a very good sense of contact, service and hospitality in the face of a demanding clientele. You are fluent in professional English.
