Guest Service Agent

Job Description 

As Guest Service Agent your primary responsibilities include registering guests, making reservations, preparing reports, and balancing transactions. You must be able to work independently and with minimal supervision. You must also be able to problem solve and troubleshoot to resolve guest issues that may arise and respond in emergency situations.

As Shuttle Driver your primary responsibilities include transporting “hotel” guests to any destination in accordance with hotel policies and rules. Checking the shuttle for cleanliness inside and out and fueling the vehicle. The driver is responsible for the vehicle and ensures maintenance is regularly performed. Be thoroughly aware of city roadways and can efficiently read/interpret road maps.

Qualifications:

Class 5 license, excellent driving record

Professionalism

Excellent communication skills

Comfortable with programs and software packages

Able to multitask and work well under pressure

Must be available to work evenings & weekends

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: From $14.00 per hour
