HR Assistant

Job Description 

Responsibilities:
– Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and conducting initial screenings
– Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures
– Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment and changes
– Coordinate employee training and development programs
– Assist with payroll processing and timekeeping
– Provide administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and managing correspondence
– Manage social media platforms for HR initiatives and employer branding

Skills:
– Proficiency in HRIS systems such as UltiPro, ADP, Paychex, Dayforce, or Workday
– Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus
– Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
– Knowledge of payroll processes and regulations

This is a contract position with the potential for permanent employment.

Salary: $19.00-$20.00 per hour
