Job Description 

Our client is looking for labourers to contribute to projects involving the design, fabrication, and implementation of ceramic-based solutions.

Unite Resourcing has been engaged by one of our clients who specialise in the design, fabrication, and on-site support services of wear protection systems, to source Labourers to join their small, close knit, supportive Perth based team.We currently have opportunities available for labourers in the below roles:

• Saw Room/Cutting Room – Operate saws or other cutting equipment to precisely cut materials to the required specifications – ability to work in a loud environment essential.
• Plasma Cutter – Work with a plasma cutting machine to make precise cuts on various types of metals. The ideal candidates should possess a willingness to learn, be physically fit, and have computer literacy skills.

• Complying with safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a safe work environment for oneself and others.
• Working effectively in teams and alongside other professionals.
• Collaborating, communicating clearly, and following instructions accurately.
• Applying basic math skills for tasks involving measurements, cutting, or calculations.
• Identifying and resolving basic problems or obstacles that may arise during work.
• Demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to accommodate changing work requirements.
• Efficiently managing time and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
• Maintaining a positive attitude towards acquiring new skills and techniques through learning.

The finer details:

• Full-time opportunities
• Monday – Thursday – 6am to 2:30pm
• Fridays – 6am – 12pm.
• $35p/h + super
