ABOUT MUSEUM VICTORIA:

Museum Victoria cares for the State scientific and cultural collections, providing visitor access, activities and events at five distinct venues: Melbourne Museum, Immigration Museum, Scienceworks, IMAX Cinema and world heritage listed Royal Exhibition Building.

ABOUT THE POSITION:

The primary responsibility of the Project Manager will be to develop, manage and deliver assigned capital works projects from commencement to completion within agreed timeframes and budgets.

Notable skills and experiences:

• Project Management experience in delivering complex building and infrastructure capital works projects.
• Project financial, cost, and budget management experience.
• Skills and experience in managing teams of project design and delivery consultants including consultants, architects, engineers and other consultancy services.
• Skills and experience in working collaboratively with cross organisational teams and stakeholders.

The successful applicant will have relevant tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Construction, Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, Architecture, Engineering, or equivalent.
