Your day to day will involve a dynamic mix of customer service, making and shaking drinks and general bartending duties. We believe that development is key to keep staff engaged and motivated. It focuses on traditional Peruvian cuisine, with a modern contemporary twist. Think fresh ceviche, Pisco sours and charcoal grilled, premium meat!

This is a great opportunity for experienced front of house staff to join a well oiled machine with clear procedures, a strong training program and a wealth of development opportunities. The ideal candidates will have 12 months plus experience in a bartending role. Must have weekend availability (that doesn’t mean you need to work all or every weekend).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $31.10 – $40.00 per hour
