Job Description

The Client:

Working with some of the best developers in Sydney our client is a leading property strategist and project marketing firm, working with developers to find, acquire, design and ultimately then market/sell residential projects off the plan


This is an exciting and pivotal role to work alongside the Sales Director and Project Sales team to manage the office and Sales Admin. Your main duties will include:

Sales Admin duties:

  • Providing high-quality sales administration to Director & team
  • Manage administrative component of External (channel) agent appointments and subsequent ongoing communications
  • Preparation of weekly vendor reports and sales advice for all projects
  • Process receipts, refunds and commissions
  • Work closely with the marketing team to support with proformas, templates and research

Office Manager duties:

  • General office management, including stationary orders, answering telephone, catering
  • Oversee all office processes and equipment/facilities
  • Coordinate fortnightly company sales meeting
  • Support with HR-related items

Specific requirements:

Ideal candidate will have the following:

  • 2 years of Real Estate support experience
  • Current COR or Full Real Estate Licence
  • Great attitude, energy & drive
  • CRM experience is highly advantageous.
