The Client:
Working with some of the best developers in Sydney our client is a leading property strategist and project marketing firm, working with developers to find, acquire, design and ultimately then market/sell residential projects off the plan
Duties:
This is an exciting and pivotal role to work alongside the Sales Director and Project Sales team to manage the office and Sales Admin. Your main duties will include:
Sales Admin duties:
- Providing high-quality sales administration to Director & team
- Manage administrative component of External (channel) agent appointments and subsequent ongoing communications
- Preparation of weekly vendor reports and sales advice for all projects
- Process receipts, refunds and commissions
- Work closely with the marketing team to support with proformas, templates and research
Office Manager duties:
- General office management, including stationary orders, answering telephone, catering
- Oversee all office processes and equipment/facilities
- Coordinate fortnightly company sales meeting
- Support with HR-related items
Specific requirements:
Ideal candidate will have the following:
- 2 years of Real Estate support experience
- Current COR or Full Real Estate Licence
- Great attitude, energy & drive
- CRM experience is highly advantageous.
