The Position

  • Front Desk Reception – Greet all clients in a positive manner
  • Monday – Friday – No weekends!
  • Taking calls, managing the switchboard & responding to emails
  • Key management
  • Assisting the property management team with administrative duties such as documentation and data entry
  • Assist with routine inspection packs
  • General ad hoc duties

Skills & Experience

  • Real estate experience is highly desirable
  • Well presented, and an eye for detail
  • Passionate about the real estate industry
  • A positive attitude
  • Confidence & exceptional telephone manner & customer service skills
  • Multi-task and prioritise your workload
