The Position
- Front Desk Reception – Greet all clients in a positive manner
- Monday – Friday – No weekends!
- Taking calls, managing the switchboard & responding to emails
- Key management
- Assisting the property management team with administrative duties such as documentation and data entry
- Assist with routine inspection packs
- General ad hoc duties
Skills & Experience
- Real estate experience is highly desirable
- Well presented, and an eye for detail
- Passionate about the real estate industry
- A positive attitude
- Confidence & exceptional telephone manner & customer service skills
- Multi-task and prioritise your workload
