Our client, a choice construction fitout company that is dedicated to delivering stunning state of the art builds, is looking for a fun, organised and approachable receptionist to join their team.

This role is not one to be missed!

  • Hours are Monday to Friday, 7.30 – 5.30, w/5pm finishes on Friday
  • This role is strictly only open to PR or citizens**


  • Answering phones, directing calls and taking accurate messages
  • Greeting clients and ensuring 5* service
  • Keeping the reception area clean and tidy
  • Ordering kitchen and office supplies
  • Processing mail and couriers
  • Providing support to the marketing team
  • Assisting with occasional data entry
  • Ad hoc admin as required

Your qualities:

  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Detail oriented
  • Excellent proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite
  • Be a team player and have a good sense of humour
  • Flexible approach to work hours

You will have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience working within a corporate environment, be incredibly organised and enjoy taking initiative and having a laugh.
