Role Overview:

Are you an honest and reliable individual with a passion for retail management? We are seeking a dedicated Retail Manager to oversee two of our bustling clothing stores in beautiful Cape Town. The successful candidate will be responsible for various aspects of store management, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management: Maintain optimal inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Till Work: Supervise cashiers, handle cash management, and oversee POS transactions.
• Customer Assistance: Provide excellent customer service, address inquiries, and resolve any issues to enhance the shopping experience.
• Previous Experience: Previous experience as a clothing store manager is an added advantage, demonstrating your understanding of retail operations.
• Social Media Management: Skill in managing social media pages to promote the store and engage with customers online.
• Brand Shoots: Organize photo shoots for brands within the store, ensuring effective visual merchandising.
• Vendor Relations: Liaise with vendors to maintain inventory levels, negotiate terms, and ensure timely product deliveries.

Job Details:

• Working Hours: 08:00 am to 04:00 pm
• Days Off: One day off per week, depending on the schedule

Requirements:

• Own Car: The candidate must have their own car for commuting between the two store locations.
• Skills: The ideal candidate should come equipped with inventory management software skills, proficiency in retail systems, and the ability to recommend and implement best practices.
• We are looking for someone who lives around Cape Town CBD / Woodstock environment
